How to create drop down list using function that returns dynamic array

so i'm trying to create drop down list that content is from a function that return dynamic array.

like shown at the above image.

i know that i can do it like this

but this solution take more space. I want it to be as concise as the first image.

is there any solution for this? Thanks!
