How to create a smart excel table that proceses a YES/NO decision tree and outputs an outcome

Im pretty new to this Excel stuff so i figured ill put out a question here and see how i go:

I'm making a table that would automatically follow the process of a yes/no decision tree to give a determined outcome. I have attached an example of a tree for this scenario and was wondering how to format the IF functions/ the table in a clean way. For instance, i have a list of scenarios 1-10 and the excel sheet would show the outcomes of each scenario, following the decision tree. Thanks
