You may need to come back with a clearer description. By "a header" I would normally think you're talking about a header (as in Word) that could appear at the top of each page of a multi-page document when printed.
IF that's what you mean, you do it by selecting from the main menu,
- File
- Page Setup
- and then, in this dialog box, select the "Header/Footer" button
It will wrap as needed, or if you enter as multiple lines.
If you're talking about headers in the layout of the sheet itself, as it appears on the screen, then maybe you're talking about the Format...Cells....Alignment selection where you have the choice of merging cells, wrapping text etc.
If neither of those is what you have in mind, please come back with a clearer description.
