how to color a worksheet tab in excel on an ipad

I hate to say this but I don't think this is supported on iPad. You will need to change it on a desktop version of Excel first and then re-open the spreadsheet on your iPad. 

I can't seem to find an official list of all the limitations for Excel on iPad. I'm sure this would help a lot of people understanding what they can and cannot do.
