How to check 2 column has similar content cells ,(Not only dupicate)

I have one stand data column C , and one mannual data column D , and how to check 2 column in excel , find similar cells not only extract same cell ,and list them . for example , "DNC-2" and "DNC-22" also will be in the result list.

i just want to check some cells may spell wrong or missing words or similar .
