How to change Excel 2016 Sheet View

Somehow my Sheet View with Quick Print, New, Open, Print Preview & Print, Spelling, etc. is no longer on the top line. It now appears below the File, Home, Insert, etc. functions.

I want to change it back, how ever the Sheet View is "grayed-out". HELP!
