How to change default Group Ungroup Direction Summary settings

Hello, is there a way to change the default Direction Summary settings in the Group/Ungroup feature? My preference 99.9% of the time is to have the toggles at the top and left of row and column groupings but I have to manually deselect the Direction > Summary settings every time
