How to change date system in excel?

I know that excel uses the 100 or 1904 data system, but i would like to know if there is a way for me to put it according to the time in my region, for example: if i type 01 in the cell in date format, 01 will appear 01/01/2023, however if I type 01 in the cell it will appear 01/01/1900 or 01/01/1904. would that be possible?
