how to cancel vertical page breaks
I got unintentional vertical page breaks, how do i cancel them?

On the Page Layout tab of the ribbon, in the Page Setup group, you can remove all manual page breaks by selecting Breaks > Reset All Page Breaks.
If you want to remove specific manual vertical page breaks, click in a cell immediately to such a break, then select Breaks > Remove Page Break.
