How to automate a macro ?

Hello everyone, I am a beginner in the world of macro on Excel.
I would like to automate (even computer off) an Excel macro.
I saw that Power Automate Desktop did it but that computer turned on.
I have not found a solution, even on Power Automate Cloud. If there is a possibility not to dedicate a VM on this, it would help me.
Does anyone have a solution?
