How to: Autocomplete

Dealing with medical billing reports. Is there a rule that I can set to autocomplete a certain cell if other cells have certain characters?

For Example:

If any cell says "BCBS" and any cell in the same row says "012345", then certain cell will auto-populate "$50.00"

The reports I generate have a payer (eg BCBS), a code (eg 012345), and a blank expected amount. Right now I'm having to manually enter the expected amounts. Need the expected amount to auto-populate based on the specific payer and code. So... Is there a rule I can set? If so, how?
