how sum many times a name it's contained in different names?s report
I have one xls foil with 5 days which presences of 4 employee per hour x day and i need to know for each name how many times per week he was included in the list
you can use countif formula to count a specific person as i have attached a file to use count funtion riccardo966

Khizar_Hayat thks but probably i have provided you no clear example;i need to count how many times each letter or numer or names it's present in this fooil and to have the results in one column.
