how move static data cells to follow their corresponding month using Today function in Excel

Hello,

Can someone help me understand how I can best force static cell block to move forward or follow their corresponding Months in Excel.

I am doing a forecasting report where the monthly sales volume is largely static. However, when I open the report in a new  month using the Today function the sales volume stays in its original column thereby no longer matching up with the month it matches. 

Any ideas?
