How keep the hyperlink still active after I published this excel file to my Azure DevOps project

I create a work item from excel and need to make a hyperlink in this column. After I publish it into my Azure DevOps project(TFS). This hyperlink is inactive. Would that be any solution to keep this link is still active after I published it?
