How do you remove the extra boxes from a paste

Screenshot of what to removeHow do I remove these kinds of fields from an excel file. I tried Data validation, Clear All and nothing happened.  Help Appreciated. Thank you!

    hello! Select these cells and deactivate or activate the filter format with shortcut CTRL - Shift - L (the L stands vor "List") Greets, Eva.
