How do you enter a PowerPoint slide as an object into an excel sheet in office 365

Question

I am trying to work out how you import a PowerPoint slide as an object into an excel work sheet. I see it gives options for word etc but there is no option for a PowerPoint slide. In previous versions of office this was possible but seems not to be the case now.

Ian_Mobsby&nbsp;&nbsp;You could insert the full slide as an image (or screen grab). Or does that somehow not meet your specific needs or expectations?

mathetes&nbsp; needs to be more interactive than a screen shot - the slide uses an interactive image and other functionality - can’t work out why it can’t input as an object and why this functionality is lost in office 365&nbsp;

Ian_Mobsby&nbsp;&nbsp;Maybe we need a more complete description of what &nbsp;you're trying to do.&nbsp;Are you, for example, wanting BOTH an active Excel spreadsheet AND an active PowerPoint presentation? Do both need to be dynamic, changeable and projected somehow as part of a major presentation?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
