How do I run a post-hoc Tukey after doing the built in two-way ANOVA with replication?

Also want to confirm that the two-way ANOVA with replication is the same as a two-way repeated measures ANOVA?

I want to know how to do a post-hoc Tukey test after running two-way ANOVA with replication in excel? Any help? My output is that same table one gets when using the two-way ANOVA with replication function.

I am using excel 2016
