HOW DO I REMOTE THIS SPAM FROM EXCEL

How do I remove this SPAM from office?   I pay for the product at the level I want, I don't need an upgrade and defiantly don't wan this SPAM in the product

    I am afraid not, Microsoft explicitly states that “Upgrade your plan” prompts are part of the subscription/account notice system and cannot be disabled individually.

Thank you for your reply.

This banner is so distracting, I hope that Microsoft listens to feedback about this.

Rather than upgrading (or using my works licence - why should I),  I have moved over to Libre Office.

Libre Office is not as polished, but at least it does not come with the banner advertisements!
