How do I read real time (including seconds) from the computers clock and store it in an Excel sheet

How do I read real time (including seconds) from the computers clock and store it in an Excel sheet ? I know it is available since it is displayed when pressing an area (right-down on the screen) that shows date and hours and minutes but not the seconds .
