How do I Multiply Conditional Formatting to Following Cells?

Not sure I understood the logic exactly. For such sample
you may select entire column C and apply 3 rules to it with formulas like
yellow:
=($C1<$A1)*($C1>0)
red font
=$C1>$B1
blue
=($C1>=$A1)*($C1<=$B1)*($C1>0)That's in attached
