How do I make the header follow the page ?

I have created columns in excel to track my time logged in to business. but I want the header (Monday, Teus, wed, etcccc) to follow the my chart each day down the list. how can I do that. ? I have the days of the week  in columns like a week and I have the days I logged in horizontal down the page. How can I make the Week follow down the page as I enter my time. ? thanks in advance. any info is appreciated.
