How do I get to last cell in a COLUMN with data quickly?
I have a very large spreadsheet and the first column is dates. Other column cells may have data or not in different places. How do I quickly go to the last cell in a column that has data in it?

Riny_van_Eekelen Doesn't seem to work. I do not know how to double click on the Mac. When I double click (quickly tapping twice). I can't really tell if it is on the bottom of the cell but it only goes to the next cell. I am definitely missing something. Appreciate your efforts to help. Perhaps you could list some of the other ways you mentioned?

Applewood I guess you'll find it here. Scroll down to the section about "navigation".
- ApplewoodApr 17, 2022Copper ContributorThank you for your efforts.. The keys are not necessarily for a Mac. Also their is one that navigates to the last cell with data supposedly but not the last one in a column with data. ... unless I further an missing something, I'll keep looking.. I can't believe there isn't something ...

Applewood For the Mac specifically, try cmd and arrow down.
Edited my first response as it may have been unclear. I meant to say that you have to click on the edge of the active cell, not just any cell.
- ApplewoodApr 18, 2022Copper ContributorI tried the cmd -down arrow... and it jumps to the next cell down that has something in it but not to the last one in the row with something in it.
Regarding the "active" cell.. Please excuse me if I am just plain dense ..but isn't that just one that you have clicked on?.. Then trying to click on an edge of the cell ...seems almost the same... but something done twice. Maybe there is some formula that can be used.. and I would have to leave something in the last cell used to get to it, but I am not clever enough to figure that out. While I use Excel almost everyday, I use it in a routine manner. Some one using Pages on a Mac suggested ...LOOKUP(REGEX(".*"),D,D) where D was the column.. however Pages doesn't setup an unlimited length to a spreadsheet that Excel does. And I am using one column with a long list of dates.. with upcoming events all over the place.. Oh well.. do let me know if you have any further ideas you think I could try. And, thank you for all your efforts and patience. I am always one for wanting to try something out there..
