How do I format a pivot table so that it keeps its format even if the data is refreshed?
Right now I have a pivot table I have to update for every week because certain people in my organization prefer the data in that format. Before the date is updated.... the format is correct ...
Right-click in the pivot table and select PivotTable Options... from the context menu.
Tick the check box "Preserve cell formatting on update".
Click OK,
