How DO i do this
The numbers in column J are weights of bulls, and the numbers in column I are there id's and I want to align the ID in column I with the ID in column C while keeping the weights with their ID's so then I can just paint the format of the other columns onto the blank columns. I have no idea how to do this.

In the future, please attach your workbook (or a copy that has been stripped down to the portion you are willing to share), not an image. And let us know which version of Excel you are using, on which platform (PC, Mac, web).
See the attached workbook.
Select column H and click Copy. Then select columns I and J and choose Paste Special and select "Formats" and click OK.
