How do I disable these cell descriptions

HelloCan anyone tell me how to turn off these cell descriptions in Excel? I have tried turning off Screen Tips but that did nothing. This is a screen shot from an Excel report that I download from my Dynamics opportunity report. Thanks in advance for any advice.excel capture

Stay on the cell, Data-&gt;Data validation-&gt;Input message tab-&gt;clear it
