How do I disable these cell descriptions

Hello

Can anyone tell me how to turn off these cell descriptions in Excel? I have tried turning off Screen Tips but that did nothing. This is a screen shot from an Excel report that I download from my Dynamics opportunity report. Thanks in advance for any advice.

    Hi Bob,

     

    Stay on the cell, Data->Data validation->Input message tab->clear it
