How do I cancel my Microsoft enrollment?
After one month of continued attempts to find a way to unsubscribe from being charged again, an annual user fee, for use of Microsoft Excel and told that I will be charged again unless I unsubscribe....
Yes, That is the never-ending link that leads to nowhere. I have struggled with for three months now and this user group is my only last best hope. I'm still not able to cancel my subscription. Very frustrating to say the least.
