How can I use chart trendline equation in worksheet cell?

HansVogelaar  I finally took a good look at the trendline  & formula and got to use the polynomial formula y = index(linest(....) and believe I can solve my problem. This will reduce my if and Vlookup formula from 1 page to a few lines, and will be more simple to debug. Many thanks Hans & Microsoft.
