How can I get Data Analysis & Solver to stay in my Data tab?

Whenever I exit Excel, I have to manually re-enter the location for Add-ins like Data Analysis and Solver. It will appear in the ribbon until I close the Excel sheet. When I open Excel again, my add-ins do not appear, even though they are checked under "manage Excel Add-ins." In Ribbon Customization, I also notice that there is no "Analyze" group under the Data Tab, which is where Solver and Data Analysis appear after manually locating them with the Browser. How can I get these to stay on my ribbon? I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Office..... I've spent two days with Microsoft Support and so far nothing has worked. Thanks for the help!
