How can I enter a number and it will fill in a word in the cell

Can you help, please?
I would like to be able to add a number to a cell in excel say "1" and it will bring up the word "sleeping" any ideas on how to do this, please? I'm new to this!

Yes so I want to enter "1" into cell M3 and it will show "sleeping" instead of the number
With formulas that doesn't work such way, if only with macros. Perhaps it's better to use data validation drop-down list for such case.
