How can I enable Power View in Excel
the Microsoft Power View option is not appearing in the list of Excel COM Add-ins

Power View available not for all versions of Excel. Availability for Office 365 subscriptions you may check here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/office-applications-service-description/office-applications-service-description
