Hovering Over Notes No Longer Working

I have almost 500 Excel programs in math education that all contain multiple Note that are used, gratis, all over the world. They all seem to have stopped working the last day or two -- they are there, but they do not display on hover. Hope Microsoft will look into and fix this new problem as soon as possible. Thanks for finding a new solution.
