Thank you so much. Do you know if there is away for excel to show the information in a calendar? for example, I would like the month of May 2023 listed and it shows us the total number of rooms available after we put in the check in/check out date. I am brand new to excel and trying to learn.

In the attached workbook, I used a template from Microsoft for a monthly calendar and modified it to display the number of available rooms. You can select a different month from the month drop down.
