HLOOKUP FUNCTION WITH STRUCTURED CELLS
First time asking for help. I have been on this problem for 6 days and desperately need help. Here is my problem:
Enter a formula using the HLOOKUP function to determine a staff members base salary (which is based on the number of years of service).
Use a structured reference to look up the value in the SERVICE YEARS column. Retrieve the value in the 2nd row of the table in the range (Q15:U16). Since base salary is tiered based on the number of years of service, find an approximate match.
Here is my formula =HLOOKUP([@[Service Years]],Q15:U16,2,TRUE). (True equals an approx. match)
What I get back is the correct amount in the active cell but #N/A in all cells in the Service Years column. Why does my formula not work in all the cells in the column?
Thanks to all for the help.

Thank you for your help, Lorenzo. I am so new to Excel and these functions with formulas are not taught this complicated in the book.
