Highlighting Row & Column of Selected Cell

Is there an option/feature that would highlight in some way the row & column of a selected cell as you scroll through your sheet?  As I'm reviewing data, I thought it would help keep my eye on the right row/column.  Sometimes I'll click on the Row number/Column letter to do this but this came to mind.  Thank you!
