highlight

How can highlight a row without changing the color of the cells and the letters ? To look like to use a simple highlighter pen in a book.

    This is what i mean...
e.g. I want to highlight all the G row without changing the color of the cells.
Just a fade highlight at the upside from them.

Think some more about what you want: to "highlight a row without changing the color...", like using a "highlighter pen in a book".  Changing the color(s) is exactly what using a highlighter pen does.

Alternatives: You can make the characters bolder for the desired rows, or make the characters display in a larger font, or put different borders on cells in the desired rows, or some other visual change...or some combination of those.

But you also have not identified whether you want to do this highlighting manually or (more likely) have Excel apply this highlighting automatically based on one or more conditions.  For the latter, find and read a good description of conditional formatting (CF) such as Excel Conditional Formatting tutorial with examples
