Hiding entire rows based on blank Cells

Select entire column C, in ribbon Data->Filter. In first row of column C click on appeared filter icon, from drop-down menu unselect Blanks.

That works but leaves me with this question;
I only want to do this on Rows 9 - 120. Do you know how I can set it up to ignore all other rows?
Rows 1 - 8 contain information specific project information that needs to remain visible.
Same with rows 121 - 180.

Select these rows, perhaps with one more, in column C, when Data->Filter
