Hide Rows
Hello. I am working on a spreadsheet that was developed by an inexperienced Excel user. This user has hidden many rows throughout the spreadsheet. I cannot unhide them using FORMAT - VISIBLITY - HIDE/UNHIDE - UNHIDE ROWS. Any thoughts?

Thank You Hans. As it turns out, it was one of many column filters that was active. All good now!
Activate the Data tab of the ribbon. Is the Filter button in the Sort & Filter group highlighted? If so, click that button.
If that doesn't help:
Click the button in the upper left corner, at the intersection of the row numbers and column letters. This will select the entire sheet.
Set the row height to a reasonable value, e.g. 15 points.
