Hide Rows automatically depending on value of a cell

Hi I'm trying to find the best way to have rows hide automatically depending on the value of a specific cell.

My Cell "A22" Is a Drop down list and I want the rows A23-A29 to be hidden if my A22 Cell is blank.

And when I select something from my Cell A22 that the Rows A23-A29 appear.

I have multiple cells that need to have the same Effect:

A31   relates to rows A32-A38

A40 relates to rows A41-A47

Please Help me

    If it needs to be completely automatic then you will need to write some VBA code - are you familiar with VBA?

     

    If you can live with a 1 click solution you could potentially have a Table running down and a slicer to filter (see attached file)
