I know, it's weird isn't it? I did a screenshare on Teams yesterday afternoon with one of the users, and could see when he opened it that some tabs were missing, and yet when I opened it they were there. I wonder if it's something to do with when they are accessing it remotely from the network, I will try emailing it to see if it works - but they will need to access it on the network normally, as all users need to edit the same version of the document. Thanks!
