srouchheng Not sure which Excel version you are on, but I believe it to be an older one. Perhaps you can create a pivot table (add to Data model) and do a "distinct count" of dates for each person. That will give you the numbers you seem to be needing.

Otherwise, Power Query could do something similar. Both options are demonstrated in the attached file.
