it's not clear to me what exactly you want to get. You want to see 1 if the date in column A is a Monday, 2 if it is a Tuesday...?

Or is it something else?

For example: The name "Ken" result work day is "2", that what I want , but I don't know how to put the formula for them

    But I do not understand the rule behind it. Why is it 2 in your example?

    If I understand the rule that you want to apply, then I can possibly provide the formula.
