In A2 on the Data sheet: =D2*VLOOKUP(E2,'Dropdown staff %'!$A$2:$D$1000,2,FALSE)
In B2: =D2*VLOOKUP(E2,'Dropdown staff %'!$A$2:$D$1000,4,FALSE)
In C2: =D2*VLOOKUP(E2,'Dropdown staff %'!$A$2:$D$1000,3,FALSE)
Select A2:C2, then fill down.
