Help with moving circular references in Excel Sheet

I have circular references in an Excel Worksheet driving me nut. Support from MS Excel Team  was of no help.  Issues found more complex and advised me to turn to this community. In short, if spot a cell  flagged with a circular reference, a different cell is flagged as the one with a circular reference, and so forth. JUst using a simple SUM function pulling data from a linked worksheet.

    Can you attach a screenshot of your worksheets without sensitive data and with your expected results? It's probably easier setting up the formula from scratch instead of removing any circular references.
