Help with Lookup Formulas

Hello all. I am still learning what are complex formulas for me, but easy for some of you.

I struggle with interpreting online formulas and converting them to what makes sense for my needs.

I need an output of Formulas on Q1_2024 from the 2024_Data tab. Those formulas would pull matching Name and Month by the specific column we're in. Notes are in the Jan column label on the QA_2024 sheet. This would prevent us from having to pull this over manually for every month and person.

Note, I would be doing this quarterly, so the month will be as follows for repeatability.

• Q1 = Jan, Feb, Mar
• Q2 = Apr, May, Jun
• Q3 = Jul, Aug, Sept
• Q4 = Oct, Nov, Dec

Would one of you wonderful gurus be willing to help with what will be a very tedious recurring quarterly task?
