Help with linked data showing as 1/0/1900 when it should be blank
I want to take cells from 1 worksheet (1) and link them to To another worksheet (2) without the date showing as 1/0/1900. I’d prefer it blank in the cells of the second worksheet? See attachment.

You may apply custom format to your columns like
mm/dd/yyyy;@
or link as
=IF(ISBLANK(<cell>,"",<cell>)

I am a beginner and I am not sure I understand, if you look at my new attachment I want to have cell B3 in spreadsheet 1 to cell B2 in spreadsheet 2..
FYI Spreadsheet 1 is tabbed "416 Full" and spreadsheet 2 is tabbed "416 short". no quotes just there to emphasize.
Do I post this on spreadsheet 1 or 2?

does it look like =IF(ISBLANK(416 FULL!B3,""416 Short!B2) ???????
