Help with graphs

Hello i have this particualr problem to solve.

I am not that good at excel but keen to improve.

 

I have to make a graph out of an answer from a survey; one of the questions can be answered through 5 posible answers, only one can be chosen.

I wanted to know how i can make a graph out of it ? Like a graph that shows that quantity of the answers chosen.

    I attached sample charts created on survey data. Data refresh in the chart automatically as you change your data selection.
