Help with function if on excel

I am trying to compare two lists and see the records that match and doesn't match with if statement                        =if(A2=H2,TRUE,FALSE) however, when dragging down the formula to the whole...

You may use

=COUNTIFS(H:H,$A2)>0

to check if ID in one list is in another list

    SergeiBaklan , I did as you suggested but once I drag the formula down, it gives me all false even for the ones that match

        SergeiBaklan the issue that I am having is that when I insert lines to align the ids that are if both list, and then I click the formula to go the next rows it gives me only True or False...not sure why this happens. See the file attached
