Help with formula

I have a sheet I am trying to extract data from, it is a list of audits- one column has the employee type and the the next two columns are y/n. I want to have a table that breaks down which employees are getting no's (%). I can't figure out how to make it work, any suggestions? I am a novice at VBA so if I can just do an excel formula that would be my preference.
