help with excel maybe with the formula if but maybe an other way to get to what i want

Hello,

I have a page in excel that has one line with name an other with an adress and it calculates a budjet that is given per person but we have 3 periods of reinbursment for a total of an amount 

eatch person wont get all there money in the first period so i would like that if the person didnt get all there money to get copied to an other page...

i don't know if it's clear as a question but can anyone help me!!
