Help with Excel list

I am a beginner at Excel. I want to make a Christmas card list with columns to list who I sent to and received from. I think I can figure that out but wonder how I can insert a name in the middle of some other names in case there is one more to fit in the alphabetized column. Hope that makes sense.

    Hi GrandmaSandy

     

    You could try to right click onto the row where you want to insert the new line, click Insert.

     

     

    That will insert a new row inbetween other existing rows.

     

    See how you go and let me know?
